WooCommerce SEO fields done properly
Most catalogues lose search traffic in the fields nobody edits: the SEO title, the meta description and the focus keyphrase. Filling them by hand for a thousand products is unrealistic, so they end up empty or duplicated.

One keyphrase, honestly chosen
Pick the phrase a buyer would actually type, usually brand plus type plus the distinguishing attribute. Add synonyms for the variants people use instead, rather than stuffing them into the title.
Titles and meta descriptions that survive truncation
Keep the SEO title under roughly 60 characters and the description under 160, with the decisive fact in the first half. If a description reads like a slogan, it will be rewritten by the search engine.
Language follows the shop
SEO fields must be written in the shop's product language, not the language of the interface. A Dutch shop with English meta descriptions loses both trust and clicks.
