Who we are
WPProductBot provides software that converts manufacturer product information into WooCommerce product drafts. This statement explains which personal data we process during the private beta.
Data we process
Account data (name, email address, role), workspace settings, WordPress connection metadata, uploaded product documents and images, and technical logs required for security and troubleshooting.
WordPress credentials
Application Passwords are encrypted before storage, are never returned to the browser after saving, and never appear in application logs.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to provide the service, secure access, and improve reliability during the beta. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in a secure service.
Retention
Account and product project data are retained for as long as the account is active. Logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@wpproductbot.com.
